Liao Dynasty nomadic campsite found in China

A team of archaeologists has discovered the remains of an ancient campsite for nomadic emperors from the Liao Dynasty (907-1125) in north-east China's Jilin province. One of four seasonal camps, the site is believed to have been an administrative centre during the reign of the nomadic Khitans.

Rosemary Maw's gardening has produced more than just beautiful flowers. Her home, The Old Manor in Stratton, three miles from Dorchester, England, has produced over 100 historical artifacts including "over 150 bottle fragments, almost 20 pieces of medieval jugs, and extensive cobble and flint foundations" from its back garden.

Coronation of King Lief and Queen Morrigan of Drachenwald: Queen's clothing missing

Despite a bandit raid upon the baggage of their Royal Highnesses en-route to their Coronation which resulted in Her Majesties Coronation Gown and Jewelry, as well as the Heirs Coronets of Drachenwald being (at the time of writing) still missing, there was a triumphal Coronation last weekend (13-15th June) in Drachenwald.
