Let it be known that from the sixteenth to the eighteenth of April, there shall be a Faire to celebrate the arts and artisanal crafts, and this faire shall be held in the lord baron's holding known as Castle Tannenberg. The lord Baron shall be there to welcome all and sundry to this demesne, but especially those who wish to share their and display their myriad workes.

In Arn Hold, we hold a masked ball sometime after Christmas and before Shrove Tuesday. Since this habit is the same as that in Venice, we have adopted that as this year's theme: Carnival in Venice or in the Venetian dialect, Carnevale di Venezia!.

As the days grow shorter and the nights long and cold, the Sun seems to have died and left the world in darkness. Please join the ancient and glorious Barony of Loch Salann in celebrating the Winter Solstice and the return journey of the Sun.
