A&S stressed at Rockland demo

Is this the oldest European image of Native Americans?

Restoration of a fresco in the Vatican has revealed a small group of naked dancing men with feathers in their hair. Researchers think these figures may be depictions of Native Americans. The fresco was painted by Renaissance master Pinturicchio in 1494, just two years after Columbus sailed to America.

The Barony of the Cleftlands and the Shire of Falcon’s Quarry welcome you to the 17th Annual Northern Oaken War Maneuvers held in Wellington, OH on June 7 – 9, 2013. The site is open to the populace and furry friends on Friday, June 7 at 3 PM through Sunday, June 9 at 3 PM. This is a dog-friendly event, but please review the pet  policies regarding their attendance prior to arrival on site.
