The Association for Historical Fencing will host an open fencing time on Sunday Nov. 13, 2011 in New York City. All fencers are welcome to come and fence between the hours of 2pm and 6pm for a $10 floor fee.

On Saturday October 15, 2011 the Shire of Aarquelle will be hosting its annual Defender Tournament to determine who will hold the honor and responsibility of the Aarquelle Defender titles for the coming year.

The great Fete des Bois will be held this year on October first at the Notre-Dame-de-la-joie camp, in Nicolet. Under reserve that we have the required marshals, we plan to offer a list for combatants, a field for archers and a list for fencers.

Sure to become one of Lochac's premier fighting events this will be a chance to show your prowess and courage in whatever disciplines you choose to participate.
