Every year, Castle Tintagel commemorates a single battle of the 100  Years War between England and France. This year our theme is the Battle of Poitiers, and we fight it at a beautiful event site near Lake ...Motosu (Motosuko).

On the Ealdormere Kingdom List, Moria and Baldric report that Duke Roak defeated Earl Sir Nigel in the final bout of the Kingdom's Spring 2012 Crown Tournament. The final four combatants were Roak, Nigel, Bjorn and Taron (Tannon the Barbarian).

Bill Woodbury and Simon Rohrich, of the Tempe, Arizona area, are off to represent the United States in international competition. No, it's not the Olympics, but the Battle of Nations, the world championship of armored combat held in Poland. Mike Sakal of the East Valley Tribune has the story.
