It is that time of the year again! For the past twelve months, Lady Ruth (Helmet Hackforth) has valiantly served my Captain in defense of my ship. The Gardian will now be requiring a new and loyal First Mate whose job it is to protect the Captain and the Ship. The First Mate will be chosen by means of a Rapier Tourney, defending the ship from all rougues. The victor will hold the titleof First Mate for the following year. (We will be reporting this event for points towards the Lochac Rapier Championship.) Location:

St Vitas' dances back to town. There will be two days of all kinds of dance and dance related classes.

This year there will be music classes as well!

The first Coronation to be held in the Crescent Isles, will be held on the banks of Lake Karapiro - the birthplace of champions, in the Canton of Cluain, Barony of Ildhafn.

On this weekend we will be commemorating the glorious reign of King Ædward Stadfæste
and Queen Yolande Kesteven.
We also celebrate the ascension of our new monarchs.

This year collegium will be a 2 day event full of classes. There is room for Rapier Practice/ classes on Saturday & Heavy Practice/classes on Sunday.

The populace of the Kingdom of Lochac gathered in the Shire of Bordercros on the second Saturday of May, AS XXXXI, in the company of their much loved King and Queen, Aedwarde and Yolande, to participate in and witness the Crown Tourney that would ensure the succession should anything (forfend the very notion!) happen to Their Royal Majesties.

A Medieval Feast on the Theme "A Celebration of the Solstice" plus… The Tournament of Roses and The Tournament of Rapier, Song & Rime.
When & Where:
The Tournaments will be held on at Potters Park, corner Dominion and Balmoral Roads, Balmoral, Auckland. Rapier Tourney commences at 12pm sharp and Tourney of Roses begins at 2pm. So bring along your picnic lunch and be enthralled by the bardic talents and swordsmanship of the Barony's finest. Entrants in the Tournament of Roses will need to bring at least half a dozen roses and a consort to bestow them upon.

Those Pesky pirates have returned (how dare they!). As Privateers for the Crown, the Gardian is calling on Innilgard's archers for hire! We will pay Aztec Gold for those who help us defend Innigard's waters. Once 'boarded', we will be hiring Lights to send them packing! We urge the populace to view the spectacle from the 'beaches'. Bring a picnic lunch.

Newcomers' Feast - an introduction to the Current Middle Ages. Feasting, dancing, good company, music, atmosphere, come and enjoy a feast hosted by the College of Blessed Herman. This year we will be honoured by the presence of the King and Queen.
