We have a private northern forest on a tranquil creek, plus access to a number of fine lakes where you may fish, swim, or fool around (please bring your own tackle and permits). This year we have a small kitchen for those who do not wish to cook over coals (but please let the event steward know what you plan to cook) plus many food sellers close by, a fine dining hall for classes as well as eating, and a large lawn for pavilions, fighting, archery, dancing, and all the usual stuff (e.g., children's activities, trading circle, and rock throwing). Shire of Brennisteinn Vatn (Sudbury, Ontario)
