On the 21st Day of January, 2006, the Barony of Loch Salann and the Shire of Arrows Flight invite one and all to join us for our Collegium. There will be a full day of classes -- topics already scheduled include falconry, medieval hunting, scribal arts, Persian hats, Middle Eastern dance, several needlework classes, and rapier related classes, with more being scheduled every day. Any who would like to teach are invited to contact the Event Steward as soon as possible to be added to the schedule.

Join us for the Love Revel on March 25, 2006! Join for a day of Tourneys, both Heavy and Rapier. The Theme for these tourneys will be a Rose Tournament with a Twist. With the victor of each Bout Presenting a Rose to the Consort of his or her Opponent and profusely Apologize for Killing their Lord Or Lady. As Shire tradition holds we will also select the Shire Rapier Champion. In addition to the Tourneys we will have games, which will serve to choose the New Queen and King of Misrule.

The campaign season has ended, the Harvest War has been fought and a time of relative peace has entered the realm. The mother bear has laid down to rest and will not be seen till spring and even the mighty Gryphon has spoken and said "Geeze! its cold!"
