Drop your heavy burdens and travel to Logan, Utah to celebrate with the Shire of Côte du Ciel as we observe the feast day of our venerable and flammable patron, Saint Pyre. A source of warmth and light to those around him during his lifetime, and especially at the end of it, Saint Pyre's feast day is celebrated with mirth, merriment, and a distinct lack of seriousness.
The day's activities will include a heavy tournament, the traditional carrot-nosed melee, in which one lives only so long as one's carrot remains intact, a jovial round of light-hearted rapier activities, an A&S competition, and dancing.

It's that time of year again for Arrows' Flights' annual "And now for something completely different" event. This year's mystery is ... Where are the Arrows' Flight Archers?!!! This is to be a great event. There will be fighting of both styles with the criteria for prizes to be announced.
As is tradition (two years now) there will also be a "bad garb" contest with prizes in at least two categories: outrageously awful garb, and mix-and-match garb. So celebrate the end of winter, drag your awful garb out of the back of the closet, and come party with the Shire.

As winter continues to tighten its grip on the mountain ranges of Gryphon's Lair, we gather together to end the season of winter festivities, and share good wishes with our friends and companions. Gryphon's Lair opens it gates once again to share its wealth and bounty at a joyous Twelfth Night celebration on January 6.
We will endeavor to explore and experience the varied traditions surrounding this close of the winter season. As all Twelfth Night celebrations must, there will be games, singing, story telling and, of course, for the children. In addition to some fighting fun for the heavy fighter, Terra Sylva will be hosting a Rose Tournament for the Duelists. A Lord and Lady of Misrule will be found amongst the populace to help guide and encourage the fun. Although the Baronial Arts & Sciences Champion will have been newly chosen, Baroness Bianca continues to encourage all artisans to come share their works at an Arts & Sciences display.

We invite you to join us this day and show all the honor and generosity of our most noble society. The year is 1400 and we are somewhere in Greece, and it's Christmas Day. For days now everyone at the castle has been busy preparing the special food dishes to be served that night in the Grand Hall. All the castles rooms and halls have been cleaned and decorated in preparation for this special day and now all are waiting for the arrival of you, our guests and friends, so the fun and games can begin.

Many of our founding folk have wandered away, but many more have come to take their places. Now Sentinels’ Keep invites her many friends from near and far to help us celebrate 20 years of our existence, on October 21. (This year we’re half as old as the Society!)
