Here is the much anticipated information on the upcoming Archery Workshop, to be held in the Shire of SilverKeep on April 27th and 28th.  HE Ryryd ap Gwerstan has planned this archery workshop and its curriculum; we are very fortunate that he, with the help of his protege, Lady Aingeal, are coming North to give us this opportunity to learn.

Their Excellencies Bianca da Ravenna and Thorvald Ulfhednar, Baron and Baroness of Gryphon's Lair in the Kingdom of Artemisia have announced that, upon stepping down, they will be replaced by Master Defender Vilhelm Silberhammer and Mistress Elizabetha (Bethany) of Windermere.

At Their Kingdom Collegium in the Barony of Loch Salann, Their Majesties Timmur and Saige of the Kingdom of Artemisia offered elevation to the Order of the Pelican to Amanda de Spencer.

The Barony of Arn Hold invites one and all to a celebration of life in Al-Andalus during the early Middle Ages at our annual Ball.   This year, we have added some new and exciting activities for your enjoyment.

SCA members Brian and Elise Dix and Joe and Nikky Scofield plan to take part in the Idaho Renaissance Faire in October 2012. Recently they spoke to Diana Baird of the Emmet, Idaho Messenger-Index.

The SCA is often referred to as the Middle Ages as we wish it could have been... without religious persecution and the plague.  It's time we brought back the plague!!  Join us for an event to celebrate all of the earth shattering craziness of the premiere knowne world tour of the Black Death.

On Sunday the 7th of October the Baronies of Gryphon's Lair and Loch Salann will be hosting a combined archery shoot at Mount Ogden Archery. We will be gathering at 10am and ALL ARE WELCOME! There will be a fee of $10 per shooter payable to Mount Ogden Archery.

The Barony of Loch Salann is proud to welcome one and all to join us for a day of learning and friendship at Kingdom Collegium. Multiple tracks will be offered in Rapier Fighting, Heavy Fighting, Fine Arts, and Performance Arts. Youth and Teen offerings will also be available.

It's August!  The crops that have not yet been burned to a crisp by the drought wither on the stalk and pray for a quick harvest to end their misery! In like manner the OLDE FARTS of The Shire of Otherhill will gather down by the Bear River to harvest those brash young men and women that venture out under the hot August sun. 

Education in the duties of their office is important for all Officers in the Kingdom; but for those of us who must manage the business/money-side of our game, it is vital. To this end instruction in the "How To" of being an Exchequer is being made available in a full day "Exchequer Workshop".
