Come celebrate Purim with the good gentles of the Barony March of the Debatable Lands on Sunday, March 4 at the Branstetter-McCandless Castle, 755 Stonegate Road, Wexford PA, 15090. The site will open at noon and close at 8pm. The Shire of Port Oasis invites all lovers and fighters to the 11th annual Tournament of the White Hart, February 23 -25, 2007, at the Cabell County 4-H Camp (6040 Booten Creek Road, Barboursville, WV, 25504). The event will feature the traditional heavy weapons tournament emphasizing love and chivalry. Other activities of the day will include fencing, an Arts and Sciences competition, children’s activities, and more. Location:

The Shire of Stormsport welcomes all to the Annual Spring Bears Event on February 24th, 2007.
Activities this year will include heavy weapons as per normal, embroidery/blackwork classes, an Italian themed set of children events and medieval Dance.
This year's event will be held at the Erie Day School,
of 1372 West 6th Street, Erie PA 16505. With the site
opening at 9am am and closing at 9 pm.

Welcome one and all to our Snowball Fight! Our event will be held at St John de LaSalle, 8469 Buffalo Ave Niagara Falls NY 14304.
We will have Fencing, Fighting and Youth Fighting. A youth fencing demo will be held as well. Showers are available to those who partake in our festivities. We will also be having our famous LaMans A&S competition, all supplies will be available on site to create your entry, everyone is welcome to enter!

As the cold winter has put nature to sleep, Yuletide brings forth the promise of days growing bigger and the grass awakening from its deep slumber. All and all a perfect time to come and rejoice with the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands on its celebration of the Twelfth Night! Their Excellencies, Alonzio and Tatyana will hold their Baronial Court and her Excellency will also choose her Bardic Champion. There will be performances from the Debatable Choir, the Debatable Consort and I Genisii, dancing, a pillow fight (which has now become a 12th night tradition!), an A&S display (run by THL Odriana vander Brugghe, email at email@example.com) with a Yule theme, a fencing tournament, children activities, our Silent Auction and much more to be scheduled! SCAdians Char Branstetter and Cara McCandless longed to live their dream of owning a real castle, so they built one — in Pittsburgh! Patterned after Bodiam castle near Hastings in southern England, the structure includes wooden framing with a stone veneer.

Let the Word go forth from the Industrious (and Insane) Shire of Sterlynge Vayle that once again we will be hosting a Sterlynge Schola at Trinity Memorial Church, 44 Main Street in the Mundane City of Binghamton, NY.
Unlike past Scholas, this one will be in the Dead Time of late January--Specifically January 27, 2007 CE.

The Barony of Thescorre is pleased to announce The College of Three Ravens to be held on February 24, 2007, at the Western Presbyterian Church, 101 East Main Street, Palmyra, NY (phone: 315-597-9171). The hall opens at 9 AM and closes at 9 PM. The site is very dry, non-smoking & all flames must be enclosed. The site is not handicapped accessible.

We invite one and all to a full day of Tournaments and Competitions – Heavy Weapons, Fencing, Equestrian Arts, Thrown Weapons, Archery, Arts and Sciences, and Bardic Performance - all will be put to the test, with special awards for Tourney/Competition winners, and the naming of the Endless Hills’ Baronial Champions!

The Shire of Nithgaard will host its fourth annual textile symposium on the weekend of November 10-12 (a week earlier than usual), at the Sieg Conference Center located on Narrows Road in Lamar, PA (no street address). Saturday the 11th will be a day of classes and workshops devoted to fabric, string, and their glorious arts. Melee and tournament combat engagements in a medieval style will be organized by Thorvaaldr Frirsverth. The site opens at 2PM on Friday, and closes at 1PM on Sunday. Location:
