Drivers traveling through western Pennsylvania this summer may find themselves asked to complete surveys regarding their travel plans, according to Mark Celko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The surveys will be conducted at 25 checkpoints throughout a ten county area.

The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced that the State Police has begun using radar cameras to target motorists speeding in work zones. If caught on camera, travelers can expect to receive a fine of $375 in the mail for a first offense.
