These tests of skill will include all of the fighting arts such as heavy combat, rapier finesse and the art of the long strike with archery. Come to the great boreal forest for a weekend of thrills and the (second) greatest camping event in the whole of Ealdormere. We have a private northern forest on a tranquil creek, plus access to a number of fine lakes where you may fish, swim, or fool around (please bring your own tackle and permits). This year we have a small kitchen for those who do not wish to cook over coals (but please let the event steward know what you plan to cook) plus many food sellers close by, a fine dining hall for classes as well as eating, and a large lawn for pavilions, fighting, archery, dancing, and all the usual stuff (e.g., children's activities, trading circle, and rock throwing).
