The thundering hooves of the Mongolian Empire draw near! Join in their whirlwind of chaos to conquer the Knowne World. We invite you to display your prowess with bow and arrow, and plunder the day away. This will be a kingdom-level event to choose the new Kingdom of Atlantia Archery Champion.
It is a weekend-long event with archery, feasting, and a bardic circle.
The Championship will take place at the Baltimore Bowmen club. Enjoy Friday Night travellers’ fare to benefit the Bright Hills Youth Archery program. Saturday will include a continental breakfast, and there will be a dayboard provided to refuel between shoots. The day’s end will bring a sumptuous feast prepared by Duke Valharic, followed by a bardic circle to entertain and recount the day’s events: “No s*@#, there I was, just me and my yak . . .”

Robin in the greenwood is … and he wants us to join him. On May 10 we will return to the grounds of the Limerick Bowmen for a fair celebrating the flight of the arrow. (This year, no snow!)
Archery activities will include a roving range (including, we hope, a running deer), royal rounds, practice areas and novelty shoots.
We will also have thrown weapons and fencing.
There are both a hall and an outdoor shelter for those not shooting to gather to visit, game, or ply their crafts. Artisans are encouraged to bring projects to work on and share. (Bring tables and chairs). Merchants are most welcome (no charge above gate fees), with merchants of goods related to Archery, Thrown Weapons and the Fence given preference if space becomes an issue.

Always wondered what nobleman did when they weren't at war? What was a favorite pastime of Royalty? What outdoor activity did women ride astride at and carry their own birds of prey with equal ability to the men? It was hunting! Several Kings wrote their own books on this sport, many illuminations showed women riding to the hunt, and falconry was enjoyed by everyone. This is an event not to be missed and it will be your chance to learn about period hunting techniques and game, hunting weapons, and animals used for hunting in period.

Come to Gotham and play the foole! Rumor has it that our good King John will be visiting soon, looking to make a King's Highway ("I heard it was a hunting lodge!" "SHHHSHHHH!!!!!!") RIGHT ON TOP of Gotham!! All hands are needed to travel to Gotham--er, to travel to OSTGARDR-- to play the foole for the king's Tax Collectors, to disport themselves in foolish pastimes and games (including a Foolish Archery Shoot; it will be safe--we're fools, not idiots 8), to tell and hear foolish tales and songs, and to partake of a Foolish Feast in which nothing is as it appears.
