Other Things to Do When Visting Petrea Thule Journeying from afar to visit the event? Coming with someone who doesn't understand the sheer joy of a hand-sewn, period-dyed, fully-documentable Herjolfnes? Why not make a weekend of it? Crash space MAY be available and there are many reasonable commercial acomodations available. There's lots to do here so they should come too! Archery & combat practice MAY be available on Sunday afternoon (pending availability of our practice site) with details to follow.

There are MANY excellent restaurants and shops along with the 11-screen Galaxy Cinemas all within easy walking distance of the site. Virtually around the corner from the site is Peterborough's fabled "Used Book District" with six excellent book shops all within the same block.
