Horseradish War VI

It's time for Horseradish War again! We will fight and celebrate in the very heart of Berlin, where we welcome our friends and await our enemies to prove to one and all that Baerenau has the best and most delicious horseradish in the knowne world.

Fighting:
We are planning on open field battles and tournaments for heavy and light combatants, archery and an A&S competition. In the evening we will of course have our well-known and beloved torch lit rose tournament.

A detailed fight schedule will be announced in advance. Please keep an eye on the Drachenwald Forum and DML.

Food:
We will supply a snack on Friday night, breakfast, lunch and Feast on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. It is possible to book feast only! Our feast will be a big delicious medieval barbeque. Please let us know in advance of food allergies or what so ever.

Date:
Third weekend in September from the 14th till the 16th of September 2007

Site: The site is a former public pool area, less than 10min walking distance from the Berlin main train station. Sanitary facilities incl. several shower for both genders.

Address: tentstation, Seydlitzstr. 6, 10557 Berlin (www.tentstation.com) Supermarket is in walking distance of less than 5 min.
Site opens on Friday 6pm and closes Sunday 2pm

Restrictions: Fire must be off the ground. There is a parking lot for 40 cars which belongs to the site and countless others on the surrounding streets. No dogs allowed ( in emergency case contact event stewart)

Costs:
Site fee will be aprox. 20 Euro per person. Children age 5 and less pay only the food! For food we charge 10 Euro (5 Euro for breakfast and lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, and 5 Euro for feast) It is possible to book feast only. Day trippers are welcome!!!
