New Book to Feature 16th Century Weaving Patterns

Nancy Spies, known in the SCA as Mistress Ingvild Josefsdatter, has published a new book, "Anna Neuper's Modelbuch:
Early Sixteenth-Century Patterns for Gold Bands."
The book features 45 patterns for gold brocaded tabletwoven bands from Neuper's book, originally written in 1517,
transcribed by Spies into modern charts. Anna Neuper's Modelbuch will be available through Spies' own Arelate
studios (see link above for contact information) as well as other booksellers.
