Trustees at the Holy Trinity in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is in need of urgent repairs, have turned to the Internet
to raise money for the building's restoration.
According to a Reuters story, the church, founded in 1210, is where William Shakespeare was baptized, where he
worshipped as a boy, and where he and his wife Ann Hathaway were buried. The church requires significant restoration
work, and so the church's trustees are setting up a website -- http://www.shakespeareschurch.com/ -- which they hope
will publicize their fundraising campaign.
