Pennsic named to 15 Geekiest Vacations list

Sandwiched in between the Star Wars Odyssey Tour and a Star Trek convention is the Pennsic War, #5 in the list of the 15 best geek vacations.

From the event description:

"Considered by one member to be the biggest conglomeration of engineers, programmers and hackers outside Comdex, the Pennsic Wars are an annual event between the East and Middle Kingdoms of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a group of people who believe that life began in the middle ages."

And this is bad because...?

Howdy! I am *shocked* that Pennsic is only at #5! Especially when the technophile toys in the #1 slot also show up at Pennsic... : )
