Basil Rattenbury Elevated at May Tourney in Meridies

On a warm Spring evening in May, one of the shining stars of Meridies was recognized for his decades of service as Baron Basin Rattenbury became Master of the Order of the Pelican.

His peer, Sir Shaltar Grayson, was overtaken by emotion as he described the selfless attitude of service and dedication that Basil provides both to his home Shire of Nant-Y-Derwyddon and to the Kingdom of Meridies.

His elevation ceremony was conducted by King Boru and Queen Deirdre at the Barony of Thor's Mountain on May 26, 2007, A.S. XLII.
