An article for the Kuwait Times discusses the difficulties of creating medieval clothing in a modern world.

One of the main topics of the article is how to recreate period colors by using meticulously researched dyeing techniques. "We wanted to give a real view of the colors in medieval times, a chance to see the vigour and vibrancy of what was seen on the streets," explains Jean Favier, a medievalist and leading author on the subject who worked on the exhibition in central France.
