Another Passing

Baron Hans von Steinhaus passed away in his sleep at 0400 Tuesday Morning. My Husband asked me to post this on behalf of his Knight Sir Eric Von Steinhaus.

His Excelleny Baron Hans Von Steinhaus has passed away, he will be remembered for his many contributions to the Kingdom of the West, and the Pricipality of Cynagua. He is survived in the SCA, by his wife Baroness Rowena Von Steinhaus, and his son Viscount Sir Eric Von Steinhaus.

Hans is one of my Dearest memories of the SCA and he will be trully missed.

Please direct any condolences to me so I can print them out and give them to Eric and his family.

Another Passing

I am also one of Sir Eric's squires. I have fond memories of sitting around the campfire with Ray (Hans) telling no shit there we were stories about our military days. He was a heckuva of a nice guy, always willing to help a friend, and he will be sorely missed. May the Lord be with Sir Eric and his family in this difficult time. Remember that Ray is free from pain now and in a better place. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers.
