Caid knights on cross-country quest

Viscountess Elashava bas Riva reports that Duke Martin the Temperate and Earl Kipp Silverlock of the Kingdom of Caid are setting out May 1, 2007 on a cross-country bicycle trek.

The knights will follow the "Bikecentennial" TransAmerica Bicycle Trail which begins at the Pacific coast in Oregon through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and ends at the Atlantic coast in Virginia. They will document their journey online and invite SCAdians to meet them along the way.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, the trip was canceled in Kentucky and the two knights are en route home via vehicle rather than by bicycle. Following their adventures was a lot of fun and hopefully they will be able to reschedule and do the trip in the future! Good job, guys!!!
