The Renaissance Fair is sponsored by the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce and last year brought in over 3,000 visitors. SCA members will perform Celtic dancing, entertain with skits, and present fighting and fencing demonstrations.

Karen Middleton of the Athens, Alabama News-Courier reports on the planned activities of the fifth annual Ardmore (Tennessee) Renaissance Faire. The event is scheduled for April 21-22, 2007 and will feature participation by the Huntsville, Alabama chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
