Long-time Boston-area SCAdian featured in article

Cassandra Boell von Bayer has been part of the SCA for about 29 years and has gained repute for her skill in costuming and small animal husbandry. A recent article in The Bolton Common profiles her SCA life.

Cassandra is a mother of two sons who also volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America. She was originally attracted to the SCA for costuming, but later developed an interest in raising small animals such as rabbits for food, researching the way such things were done in the Middle Ages and before.

Cassandra and her family live in the Shire of Quintavia in the East Kingdom.
