Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald for Twelfth Night, reports that Their Majesties, Christopher and Morgen, King and Queen of Æthelmearc invited Master Creature Twyne Dragon into the Order of the Pelican at the recent Twelfth Night celebration in the Shire of King's Crossing.
