Modern Latin Dictionary Released

Latin lovers in Vatican City have issued a new dictionary which features contemporary words. The Italian-Latin dictionary, called Lexicon Recentis Latinitas, has been released in Vatican City, where Latin is still the official language of the Roman Catholic Church. Words and phrases such as road map, videophone, rush hour and FBI will be included in the new edition. While the book may never be a "liber maxime divenditus" (best seller), fans of the language should be heartened that at the growth of interest in an "extinct" language.
