SCAdians Offer Fun and Educational Opprotunities at Pennsylvania Faire

The Middletown Grange Fairgrounds in Wrightstown, Pennsylvania were the seen of the recent seventh annual Village Renaissance Faire where the public was invited to learn about the Middle Ages, take part in activities and have a lot of fun. Aleea S. Slappy of the Bucks County Courier Times reports.

The Faire included such activities as human chess, Viking games and live performances, but the highlight was certainly the armored combat. “We re-create the way people would have fought in the middle ages,” said re-enactor Sidonia Zardina of Morrisville.
