East Kingdom Group Joins with Lions Club for Charity Event

Brian Prince of the Ashbury Park Press recently paid a visit to the 25th annual Charity Renaissance Faire, hosted by the Lakewood Lions Club and the Society for Creative Anachronism at Pine Park in Lakewood, New Jersey.

"The two-day event featured joursting, armored combat, archery and lots of vendors, and drew a crowd of over 7500 people. 'It was a pretty good weekend. We had a big day (Sunday),' said Howell resident Gordon Frank, festival co-chairman and secretary of the Lakewood Lions."
