Brewer Samuel Adams is sponsoring Longshot: the 2006 American Homebrew Contest for non-commercial brewers who are residents of the United States. Samples must be shipped to the brewery for judging by August 18, 2006.

A number of categories are available, and entries must be shipped between August 1 and August 18, 2006.

Prizes:
"The two (2) Grand Champions will have their beers brewed and bottled by The Boston Beer Company and included in the 2007 LongShot® Mix six-pack."
