Rhonwen glyn Conwy's Laurel Scroll a Work of Art

On April 12, 2003, Rhonwen glyn Conwy was elevated to the Order of the Laurel. Her beautiful scroll was the combined work of eleven talented artists. Rhonwen glyn Conwy has a reputation in the East Kingdom of being one of those tireless scribes who will spend a multitude of hours researching and creating beautiful, period scrolls full of "drolleries and grotesques." Last weekend, she was rewarded for her gifts by elevation to the Order of the Laurel. Her beautiful scroll, the work of eleven of her fellow East Kingdom scribes, is available for viewing online by clicking on the header.

Congratulations to Mistress Rhonwen and to those who created this spectacular work of art.

Anyone who says that SCA members are not capable of, nor interested in, meaningful research, should look at this scroll. What a tremendous work of scholarship and living history, and a magnificent act of love toward the recipient.

I must admit, that is the most fantastic scroll I have ever seen. My greatest compliments to its' creators, and hearty congratulations to Mistress Rhonwen glyn Conwys. Colb'an the Lutemaker Pencerdd of the Barony of Unser hafen

The link is broken already

Argh! Everyone's talking about it and the link is down! Does anyone know if they're planning to put this link back up, or where I can see the scroll? Thanks!
