THIS IS A DRY SITE!

Troll and Traveler's breakfast open at 9am.  Site closes at 10pm.
Detailed schedule to be posted closer to the event

Included in your event fee is a Traveler's fare breakfast and a delightfully cool and refreshing summer Roman feast is planned presented by Mistress Derbail.  Menu to be posted later.

A fundraiser lunch will be available at both sites (the gym and St. Michael's) for $3.00.

Children's Feast:  A small room very near the main feast hall will be set aside for children ages 5-12 during the regular feast, if they wish to sit together. This child friendly room has toys available for use during the feast.  A platter of sandwiches, "dragon" nuggets, and smaller portions from the feast will be served, along with paper plates, cups, and napkins. No supervision from the event staff will be provided - parents should plan on serving their children and taking turns checking on their youngsters - however, older children will also be on hand to check on the younger ones during feast. When you make your reservations, please indicate whether you child will be participating in the children's feast, the adult feast, or if you are undecided.

Special menu considerations should be given to Mistress Derbail no later than August 10, 2006.  Special requests the day of the event will not be honored.

Feastcrat:

Classes and Demos are currently being scheduled.  A Newcomer track and a Member track are being offered.  Suggestions and requests for classes, as well as volunteer teachers are being taken until June 15, 2006.   Please contact the class coordinator if there is a class you would like to teach or take!

Due to weather concerns the fighting will be held indoors (air-conditioned).  A full-size athletic gymnasium, less than a mile from St. Michael's church, will host the fighter events, most classes and the children's activities.

***Photographer Bardulf Rauen from Atlantia's Border Vale Keep will be providing his services in taking portraits during the Collegia. Any props relavent to your persona are welcome!  See some samples of his work here. Questions regarding photography can be sent to the autocrat.

In keeping with our Roman theme, a Auctionarius Dapifer (table server auction) and Acroama (live entertainment) will be presented.  We are now conducting an "open call" for all singers, dancers, jugglers, storytellers and other performers to participate in the Acroama during the feast (children are welcome to participate, with a guardian's permission and supervision).  Please contact the autocrat before July 15, 2006 if you would like to participate! The number of performers is limited.
