Artemisia Welcomes Katriel Eowyn Collier

Lord John Gilson has announced the birth of the Kingdom of Artemisia's newest resident: Katriel Eowyn Collier, born at 7:53 2006-03-24.

Katriel is the daughter of Ysabel de Lille & Aethric. She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz (3.4 kg) at birth and was 20 inches (51 cm) long.
