New Atlantian Pelican joins the flock

Their Royal Majesties of Atlantia, Janos & Rachel, elevated Lady Ysolt la Bretonne to the Order of the Pelican at the 31st Tourney of YMIR held in the Barony of Windmasters' Hill.

She was Apprentice to Mistress Rosalind Jehanne, OL and former Chancellor for the University of Atlantia. Maitresse Ysolt is a Companion of the Order of the Golden Dolphin, Order of the Pearl and a recipient of the Queen's Order of Courtesy in addition to several Baronial awards. She resides in Windmasters' Hill.
