Viscountess Elashava bas Riva, Seneschal of the Kingdom of Northshield, reports on a Haire Affaire, a recent event in the Kingdom, and on the elevation of Tatiana Melville to the Order of the Pelican. Her Excellency also posts photos.

Her Excellency writes:

Yesterday was a bit cold and snowy, but the warmth offered by the Shire of Falcon's Keep's hospitality kept that cold at bay all day at Haire Affaire: A New World Rediscovered. The day included tournaments, games, and a wonderful feast of many new world delicacies (popcorn and turkey and peanuts, oh, my). The day saw the elevation of Northshield's newest Peer--Tatiana Melville entered into the Order of the Pelican. The day saw the fourth CB created in the current Court as Guttorm Arneson was made a Baron of the Court. The day saw Magisterfrater Giles win the day to become NS's rapier banner bearer over a talented field of 8 competitors. The day was lovely and Falcon's Keep is to be commended for such a wonderful day.
