e-mail server issues

Jason Williams, Chairman of the SCA, Inc., describes the SCA's recent email server problems and what is being done to correct them.

Unto the membership of the SCA,

Last week, the server that manages the e-mail accounts suffered severe technical difficulties. This has resulted in a complete halt of e-mail delivery for the past 10 days. The SCA's technical team is diligently undertaking measures to resolve the issue, including migrating to a more robust server. However, it is possible that it will take another week to 10 days to complete the transition and solve the problem.

In the meantime, we ask that you please be patient with us as we work toward a resolution. Be advised that for the time being, e-mail to the directors at and comments at addresses will not be delivered. Additionally, during this time, other addresses are likely to be unreliable at best. If you wish to contact the Directors or Officers, please do so using an individual address. If the matter is urgent, please call the appropriate Director or Officer directly.

The web site is not affected at this time.
