Medieval Times to Honor Veterans

Medieval Times dinner theatre is offering two free tickets to soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan through February 26, 2006. The tickets are good Monday-Thursday at any of their facilities.

Shari Damkier writes:

Effective immediately and continuing through Friday, February 26, all Medieval Times dinner and tournament castles (California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, and Canada) will admit two persons (i.e., military sponsor and guest) free for any performance, including dinner, at any castle, Monday through Thursday, provided at least one of those attending has returned from either Iraq or Afghanistan on R&R leave or as part of redeployment.

All the individual needs to do is make a reservation and explain they are using the free military Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)/Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) admission offer. When the military sponsor reports to the box office to pick up the ticket, the theater will require him or her to produce the leave form verifying R&R leave status or movement orders that verify redeployment back to CONUS from OIF or OEF.

Those who take advantage of this offer should remember that personal gratuities for serving staff are not included. Therefore, individuals are still expected to tip their server.
