This year Atlantia's premiere camping event returns at a "wet" site.
For years, the Kingdom of Atlantia held Emerald Joust/Kingdom Birthday at Camp
Brady Saunders, a wet site. This year the premiere camping event of the Kingdom
of Atlantia returns as Sapphire Joust IV/Kingdom Birthday, a wet,
four day and three night site at the Richmond Raceway/VA State Fairgrounds. For
