Site Information
The site for Winter Coronet 2006 is Badger Hall and Totem Center on the
grounds of the Tanana Valley State Fair Grounds. Badger Hall was the
site for the recent Winter¹s Gate Baronial Investiture; Totem Center is
across the parking lot and will allow for an indoor fighting venue. The
site will be open on Friday evening and close after Investiture Court on
Sunday evening.
Food
A light dinner meal will be provided by the Barony of Winter's Gate and
made available to travelers arriving on site Friday evening. Saturday
meals will include a light breakfast, and a lunch of soups, breads,
cheeses and fruits. Saturday evening feast will require
pre-registration. Reservations for feast must be received by December
15.
Contests:
Along with the standard Prince's and Princess' contests, the following
contests will be offered:
- Tudor Garb
- Tudor Headdresses
- Tudor Arts/Sciences with documentation
- Open Brewing
Site Fee
The site fee for Winter Coronet 2006 will be $20 with feast, $15 without
feast. Should someone request a feast reservation after December 15, the
site fee will be $25. Family fees will be negotiated as well as fees for
volunteers. Pre payment is encouraged.
