In an article covering Stonemarche's annual event, John Terra, correspondent for the Nashua Telegraph writes favorably about the SCA and contrasts it to Ren Fairs. "Unlike a Ren fair, there seems to be no distinction between performers and spectators. It looks like everyone in attendance is a performer."
