SCA demo takes over Fish and Game Club

Kate Everson of the Community Press, an Ontario, Canada newspaper, reports on the SCA’s medieval faire at the Frankford Fish and Game Club on October 1.

"Activities included battles in a boat, two at a time, with heavy swords made out of rattan. There were few rules and the battle was over when one agreed the other had beaten him."

It wasn't actually a demo, it was the Shire of Bastille du Lac's event Day of Piracy IV (it is referred to as the third holding of the event, but it was actually the fourth)
