"Shakespeare: The King's Man" Lecture Series at the Globe

London's Globe Theatre will present an educational program for the public until April 9, 2003 entitled "Shakespeare: The King's Man." The public is invited to take part in a series of lectures relating to the Globe Theatre's 2003 season. This year, the lectures will concentrate on the transitional period between Tudor and Stuart reigns and will consider how the monarch affected the theatre company. The program will also include introductions to five of the plays which are included in the upcoming season. For more details, please visit the Globe Theatre website.
