The registration fee is TBD, probably $6.00. The site is Pacific University, 2043 College Way, Forest Grove, OR 97116. It is a DRY site. All participants in a session - instructors, students and staff - must dress in Period clothing (or as closely as feasible, keeping safety in mind for hands-on classes). There will by NO food or drink provided on the site due to University food service contracts; however students may bring their own on site. There are several food establishments within walking distance of the campus.
DIRECTIONS TO SITE:
Forest Grove is located approximately 45 minutes west of Portland. From the north, travel via Interstate 5 and exit onto Highway 26. From the south, take 217 to connect to Highway 26 (west towards Banks). From Highway 26, exit left onto Highway 6, which will lead you to Highway 47 south. Go about six miles. As you enter Forest Grove turn right onto Sunset Drive. The first building you will see is a residence hall; follow the curve to the right (University Avenue) and the next left is College Way. The Ithra is being held in Marsh Hall. There is no parking immediately next to the building. Teachers may park in lot B and come to Marsh Hall and request help unloading at gate. We will have extra help on hand.

All grades are pass/fail, as determined by the instructor. No classes may be audited. Class sizes are determined by the instructor. If a class fills before we receive your registration form, you will be notified and given the opportunity to substitute another class or receive a refund. All classes are "first-come, first-served," so we encourage you to register early! All fees must be paid in advance and sent in with your registration form; we cannot hold a space in a class you have not paid for. Send check or money order; please do not send cash.
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION! Registration forms and payment MUST HAVE A POSTMARK NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30, 2005. WE CAN ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS VIA EMAIL though you are not considered registered for an Ithra until your fees have been received by the Registrar. Please do not send SASE for confirmation. You will be contacted ONLY if there is a conflict regarding your registration. Should you register for but not attend a session or class, please notify the Registrar as soon as possible; another student might wish to fill your place. We also might be able to make arrangements for you to receive class materials, or a refund. YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
