Once again, the plan is to have a relaxed, stress-free event that all can enjoy. Even if you do not shoot, or swing a weapon, come on out and socialise.

All who are able to attend are invited to join the celebrations, and take part in the Archery Challenge. Last year we had a wonderous Dragon to slay, this year, weather, and Marshal, permitting, we are going to try to have a night shoot.
Weather permitting, there will be a Heavy weapons list as well as a Rapier List.
Site fee is $6.00 with proof of membership, $10 for Non-members,($4.00 is for NMS) Cheques will NOT be accepted at the gate, sorry.
Lunch/Feast: $12.00 will purchase your Lunch and Feast together.
The site is the Germania Club Park, same as last year. For those who have not been here before, this site has a natural raised back field, perfect for archery. It is very picturesque, on the edge of the Bimbrook conservation grounds.
Feast Stewards: Countess Josephine and Count Kildare. Please send all food allergy alerts to Event steward, she will bring them to our attention before we start to prepare food.

From points East(of Hamilton): Take QEW to Hamilton,
take Centennial Parkway Exit and follow up escarpment
to Rymal Rd/Hwy53, turn right. Follow to Trinity
Church Rd, turn left, follow about 7-9 Kms**, to end
of road. Site is on right side of road. (If you get to
Nebo Rd, (Tim Horton's on left side), you've gone too
far.)
From points West (of Hamilton): Take 403 to Hamilton, take Lincoln Alexander Express Way, (Link), to Dartnall Rd exit. Take Dartnall to Rymal Rd./Hwy53, turn left, follow to Trinity Church Rd, turn left. Follow for about 7-9 Kms**, to end of road, site is on right. (If you get to Centennial Pkwy you've gone too far. If you get to Nebo Rd,(Tim Horton's on left), you went the wrong way.)
