The library will eventually make available all of its 1,300 manuscript collection in digital form including marginal illustrations. Currently over 5,000 images are online and are searchable by time period, location and subject.

The Pierpont Morgan Library has released a massive collection of medieval manuscripts in digital form on its CORSAIR website.
