War Practice

Lions Gate welcomes all of Tir Righ to our annual War Practice, held as usual on the day after our May Bardic. The war practice is every fighter's and marshal's opportunity to get some practice before the big event. This is also a chance to get your armour inspected, learn how to work with (and against) other fighters.

The annual Lions Gate War practice will happen at the usual time, BUT NOT at the usual place. Sir Dan has agreed to bring his War Moot Road Show to Lions Gate to teach and share what An Tir has been doing at recent wars. To meet the needs of the larger attendance, the annual war practice will be held at the South Campbell Park Picnic Shelter. This site is in south Langley with ample parking and flush facilities.

Due to the focus of the war moots, and the site owner restrictions, we will not be able to have any archery at this year's war practice

Site Fee:
There will be no site fee, but as with all Lions Gate Practices without fees, a donation jar will be available.

Day Food:
The Barony will be hosting a day food selection of sandwiches, fruit, pickles and soup.

Pets
Pets are permitted, An Tir Leash Laws are in effect. Please pick up and clean up after your pet.

For more information, contact either HE Harold Devin of Waltham or Sir Dan.

Accomodations:
If you can offer a space for visiting fighters, that will be appreciated. If the war moot is too far for a day trip, consider coming to our May Bardic on the day before and make a weekend of it!. If you need a space for the weekend, contact the autocrat.
