New Viceroy and Vicereine for Insulae Draconis

Let it be knowne unto all the peoples of the Knowne Worlde that Padraig and Elsa, King and Queen of Drachenwald have announced that the winners of the fourth Viceroy Tourney, held on the 23rd day of April AS XXXIX, are to preside over the Crown Principality of Insulae Draconis on their behalf.
Thus it is that, Master Sigmundr Haakonarrson and Lady Sagadis Duncansdottir, achieved the positions of Viceroy and Vicereine, through merit upon the field. The King and Queen also made, the previous Vicregal couple, Lord Brian O'Morchoe and Lady Mary verch Thomas, court Baron and Baroness respectively at the evening's court.
