The paintings are part of a display entitled "Judith" and "Lucretia": Fashioning Women in the Northern Renaissance. Of particular interest to costumers, the paintings, produced from the early to mid 16th century, depict Northern Renaissance gowns.

Two paintings by Northern Renaissance master Lucas Cranach will be on display April 9 through August 14 at the Art Museum of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
