The Shire of Meadowmarsh is proud to invite all Archers of this fair Kingdom to its second annual Hunting Event. It will include a wonderful hunting parcours on the slopes of the Spessart surrounded by meadows and wood. We will host different shooting competitions, but the main time will be spent on the hunting parcours. There will be no other planned activities beside archery.

Site:
Archery Range of the B.S.V. Waldaschaff e.V. in Waldaschaff. The site opens on Friday at 17:00 and closes on Sunday at 15:00. We only have campspace for around 40 people and there is no crashspace, so please make your reservations as soon as possible. The site is wet and pets are allowed.

Food:
We will provide dinner on Friday night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. The dinner on Saturday will be a BBQ so please bring your own meat, we will provide sidedishes.

Cost:
20 EUR . Please make your reservations with the Reservation Steward and add food allergies or if you are vegetarian.

Directions:
Take the A3 towards Aschaffenburg. Near Aschaffenburg take the exit Nr. 62 (Bessenbach / Waldaschaff) and go towards Waldaschaff. After entering Waldaschaff look out for the Helgenfeldstr. to your left (there should be a sign of the BSV Waldaschaff and also SCA signs). Follow that road up the hill leaving the town. Beware, the road will become very rough and soon you will see the Archery Range before you. If you want to come by train or plane, please contact the Event Steward.
