Peers Made at Rowany Festival

Two new peers were made at Lochac's recent Rowany Festival. Helene de Puy, Baroness Rowany, was made a member of the Order of the Laurel, and Viscountess Bliss of Teine became a Pelican.

Her Excellency Viscountess Bliss was the Event Steward for the Rowany Festival.
